Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice) is required.
Several types of goods and services are non-refundable:
- Perishable goods (food, plants).
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
- Downloadable software products.
- Services already rendered (shipping fees, customs clearance fees, etc.).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often processing time before posting.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during our handling. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us and send your item to:

You are responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
Services Refunds
Shipping services that have been completed are non-refundable unless there is proof of service failure directly attributable to Best Choice Logistics. Please contact us immediately if you believe your shipment qualifies for a refund review.
